Class Attire
What should I wear to Ballet Class?

Adults

Leotards, ballet skirts or shorts and tights, yoga bottoms and tank tops are all acceptable. So long as the garments are form fitting and the shape of the dancer's body is visible to the instructor and worn with pink ballet shoes. 

Pre-Ballet and Ballet I

Plain pink leotard

Pink ballet footed tights

Skirts are fine but please no additional accessories they can cause distractions

Ballet II

Plain blue leotard

Pink ballet transition tights 

Shoes

Pink ballet slippers. Can be split sole or full sole, leather or canvas. Must have a sewn in elastic band. No satin slippers please and thank you. 

Hair

Hair is to be away from the face and neck. Must be properly groomed and secured into a bun or twist. No headbands or hair clips please and thank you.

Jewelry

Please refrain from wearing jewelry. Only small stud earrings are permitted. 

Pre-Ballet 

35min Class

Prerequisites: Dancers must be 3+ years of age and potty trained

Time and Day: Mondays 4:15pm - 4:50pm

Duration: 14-Week Course

Dates: August 19 - December 9

No Classes on: September 2, October 14 & November 25

Cost:

Regular Course is $175, but if you are already enrolled in a flamenco class, you can add your ballet class for only $145

Ballet Level I  

50min Class

Prerequisites: Dancers must be at least 5 years of age

Time and Day: Tuesdays  4:05pm - 4:55pm

Duration: 14-Week Course

Dates: August 20- December 10

No Classes on: September 3, October 15 & November 26

Instructor: Heidi Hernandez

Cost:

Regular Course is $210, but if you are already enrolled in a flamenco class, you can add your ballet class for only $180

Ballet Level II

75min Class

Prerequisites: Teacher approval required, students must have 2 years minimum of Ballet 1 or be 7 years old

Time and Day: Mondays  5:10pm - 6:25pm

Duration: 14-Week Course

Dates: August 19 - December 9

No Classes on:  September 2, October 14 & November 25

Instructor: Heidi Hernandez

Cost:

Regular Course is $250, but if you are already enrolled in a flamenco class, you can add your ballet class for only $220
